Ranks within the clan are atainable by gaining points. You can gain points statically or by recommendation.
Recommendation points are larger than static points, and are given given
judged on improvement of skills, respect, activeness in the clan, and leadership. This will help you rise up the ranks faster than static points.
Static points are given out as follows:
(+ 4 points) If you come to practice.
(- 2 points) If you do not show up to practice without an excuse.
(+ 1 points) If you show up to a match.
(- 2 points) If you say you will show up to the match, but you do not.
(+ 2 points) If you show up to a tournament, you get 2 points.
(- 2 points) If you say you will show up, but you do not.
The points will be recorded immediately
and will be updated and shown on the members page next to your name.
Note: There are limited slots in the higher ranks, such as seargent, corporal etc... So you may not be promoted past a rank if these places are occupied.
